Shree Chem Trading FZE is a Chemical Trading Company located in Sharjah, UAE, owned and managed by Vidhu Gupta and Shweta Gupta. The company was formed in 2014 and current annual turnover of the company is about 5 million USD. Mr Vidhu Gupta is a Chemical Engineer and MBA and has 27 years of experience in Chemicals including Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing and International Trading of Chemicals and Petrochemicals.

Shree Chem Trading is trading Chemicals in about 10 countries In South Asia, Middle East and Africa. It is also Distributor of Kalimati Carbon Private Limited, India.

Shree Chem is looking to recruit a result oriented, self-motivated Sales and Logistics Co- coordinator in India, who will also assist in Business development.

Job description

1. Preparation of import/export documents against Letter of Credit, DP, D/A basis and submission to bank

2. Co-ordination with suppliers and customers for export/import related issues

3. Freight negotiation with shipping lines/forwarder and follow-up and collection of transport documents for import/export

4. All back-office job including filing, follow-up on payments, preparing documents for Audit, communicating with bank, insurance and courier companies, Accounting

5. VAT accounting and VAT return filing

Candidate qualification/salary/Misc.:

• Graduate lady/gentleman with basic knowledge of LC, shipping, Accounting required

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, MS office including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Paint, Photoshop etc.

• Working from designated office in Vikroli (W), Mumbai. Maharashtra

• Knowledge of import-export procedures and relevant experience desired

• Fresher/experienced graduates with Positive attitude, willingness to learn, career-oriented candidates are welcome to apply
