1. Thorough examination of patient.

2. Record all the necessary details

3. Prescribing the medicines/therapy.

4. Advising for the correct follow ups.

5. If patient denying any treatment or therapy record it in the case sheet

6. If any LAMA/DAMA cases are there directing them in to the reception area for the formalities.

7. Educate patients about their ailments

8. Visiting the patients those who are undergoing the therapy (Daily once)

9. Doctor can go to therapy room or can ask patient to come to consultation room

10. Should perform random inspections in therapy areas and if anything find improper, report it to concern authorities .
