Urgently we're looking for a Diagnostic / Doctor Acquisition Manager

Location: Kolkata

Skill Set: Revenue Driven, Target Oriented, Proficient in Operations and Marketing, Goal Achiever, Team Handling

Responsibilities:

Have a good Doctor Database within the location. can take care of diagnostics and OPD operations & sales.

Management of all services on-site, both hard and soft services.

Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting MYMD strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values

Motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve their objectives and the ‘Go for Growth’ strategy

Responsible for the smooth process of operations.

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Lead Business and Operations of the clinics, Responsible for P&L (Head Centre responsibility).

Kindly Note: We need someone who has work in Diagnostic Setup & Pharmaceutical industry...
