Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven district sales manager to join our sales team. District sales manager will oversee all sales and distribution in your assigned district and work to grow your customer base.
Job Responsibilities
• Create a distinct sales process for sales executives to follow
• Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
• Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming products
• Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
• Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
• Managing recruiting, training and monitoring Sales Executives.
• Provide daily report of field sales, revenue, and expense to the management.
Qualifications and Skills
Any UG/PG Degree.
Experience of 2 – 3 years as Sales manager.
Positive and Professional attitude.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
Expertise in Computer Skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel
Own a smart phone, laptop, two wheeler with license
