### Job Description: District Sales Manager - Agri SCM

**Position**: District Sales Manager - Agri SCM

**Location**: As per requirements

**Reporting To**: Regional Sales Manager

**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/Graduate

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of Agri Supply Chain products including Input & Output Market Linkages and Financial Services within the district.

- Develop channels to acquire agricultural customers.

- Manage a sales portfolio of Rs. 25 lacs per month.

**Key Skills & Abilities**:

- Understanding of Agri Supply Chain.

- Ability to establish product schemes, processes, and business plans.

- High degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation.

**Requirements**:

- Own bike and driving license.

- Own smartphone.

- Local resident for over 5 years.

- Proficient in local language.

- No history of loan default.
