Managing and directing a sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives

Implementing and managing sales programs in specific channels of distribution to deliver sales growth

Conducting regular sales team meetings to provide updates and discuss strategy

Recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales representatives

Keeping up to date with product developments and market trends

Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies as needed
