Job description
The District Coordinators will:
1. District Project Coordinator will focus on overall coordination of the programme at district level.
2. Supervision of activities implemented by responsible parties, contractors, accurate accounting.
3. Coordination with the government officials and local authorities to get desired permission for conducting program.
4. Smooth operation of project through day-to-day oversight and coordination of implementation of project activities.
5. Lead the District-level team, and ensure a coordinated approach to all components in the district and resolve issues or problems.
6. Work with the District Government and other stakeholders to develop plans for activities under each component, and to build capacity in reconstruction planning.
7. Lead communication and stakeholder engagement activities with district and block level government authorities, Gram Panchayat, Village Level Committees, Newly Elected/ Selected PRI's Members & Village Level Govt./Semi Govt. Personnel / Officials/social workers etc.
8. Ensure the timely submission of financial and operational reports.
9. Participate in program review meetings.
10. Perform other duties as required by the Management.
