Job Title Lead – Sales & Distribution

Reports To National Sales Manager

Family Summary/Mission:

This role will be supporting National Sales Manager to drive sales across key partnerships.

Job Responsibilities :-

 Own sales target of each partnership for a particular geography

 Regularly visit branches of partners to do product training / refresher, ensure visibility,

create top of mind recall

 Manage relationship at ground level across channels of key partnerships to drive

desired level of penetration / bundling

 Act as one point contact for sales team to do query bursting

 Exposure to DSA/ Channel model for sourcing business

 Create new revenue sources by onboarding DSAs/ Channels

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:

 Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills

Background/Experience Desired:

 2 years’ minimum experience in managing channel sales in insurance / banking /

healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference)

Educational Requirements:

 The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s

degree or equivalent experience.
