1. Dispatch the material as per schedule

2. Update the outgoing material register

3. Coordinate with the transporters and drivers

4. Tagging & packing of the material

5. Prepare dispatch documentation as required

6. Track the delivery status of dispatched material

7. Coordinate with the Office & Factory for dispatch

8. Manager the inventory of the material

Job specification:

1. Computer proficiency with MS office (word, excel, Internet)

2. Should know Hindi, Marathi, & English languages

3. Good verbal & Written communication required.
