JD For Banking & Dispatch Documentation.

The following is the profile of Executive –Banking & Despatch Documentation:

(1)Prepare Bank Guarantee(ABG & PBG)and maintain record of B/G issued

Issued t /Margin money utilized.

(2) Issuance of Local LC (usage & Sight)as well as Foreign L/c for purchase

Department and keep a proper record.

(3)Prepare documents of proof of Export & Import to submit to Bank for

BRC.

(4)Preparation of Despatch documents for submit to Banks,Branches &

Customers.

(5) Good knowledge of English language command of English language.

(6) Liasoning work with Banks etc.

(7) Follow up with clients/Branches for outstanding payments.
