Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· The candidate will be responsible to ensure enhancements of productivity, utilization management and overall profitability in the hospitality operations.
· He/she will be responsible for spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies spelt out by the CEO
· He/she will be required to provide management oversight for the development of high quality, cost-effective and integrated clinical services.
· Lead and direct timely execution of new hospital projects and initiatives under the university.
· Establish & maintain budgetary control and ensure cost optimization across all functions of the support services.
· Monitor budgets, forecasts & operational plans to ensure that the yearly targets exceed and revenue maximization opportunities are focused upon capitalized.
· Overseeing strong workforce development through recruitment and retention, training and development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing the growth potential of employees and strong succession planning.
· Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables for the General Managers of support services reporting to him/her.
· Closely monitor and oversee the functioning of outsourced services like Security, Housekeeping, and Biomedical Waste Management ensuring that they are up to mark.
· Closely monitor the functioning of hospitality services, profitability and food safety.
· Liaison with different government and regulatory agencies in order to procure and update various licenses of the hospital.
· To ensure that quality nursing services are delivered by working with the Chief Nursing Officer. Handle nursing-related grievances, fix nursing manpower annually and be part of the nursing committee meetings.
· Lead the NABH quality initiatives of the Hospital in conjunction with Asst Dean-Clinical Excellence and Accreditation. Work with different stakeholders to ensure
