• Implementation of Organization Development & Capability Building initiatives

• Drive various HR Processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Recognition etc.

• Handling Interpersonal & Departmental Disputes

• Employee Retention, Exit Interviews & formalities

• Form & Govern Organization Rules, Regulations & Policies Required Candidate profile

• post Graduate/MBA in HR (3-5 Years’ Experience)

• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
