### Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources Head to lead HR operations for our five gyms in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.

- Manage employee relations and performance management.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.

- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business objectives.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficient in HR software and data analysis.
