Required Skills and Experience:

14 20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of experience at the Sr/ Manager level

Ability to formulate/ author HR Policies & manage compliances

Candidate having Majority experience in a Technology based Startup / Enterprise

Experience working in an entrepreneurial culture as well as a larger, established company is desirable

The Position requires excellent inter-personal communication skills and is a Work from Office role (Noida)

A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in business / HR or a related field from a reputed institute

XLRI Certification is mandatory for this role.

Experience in coaching and advising employees at multiple levels

Deep knowledge of best practices from past employers, professional networks, continuing education; strong preference for experience with a best-in-class employer with strong, innovative HR practices

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff

Ability to stand firm and remain committed when necessary and facilitate understanding when difficult decisions must be made and executed

Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment - with minimal daily oversight

Exposure to managing employees Internationally will be a Plus
