Job Title: Business Development Manager

Reports to: Director/CEO

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (with travel to other locations as required)

Job Type: Full-time

RGR Academy is a leading NEET & JEE training academy seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our reach, and establish strategic partnerships.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.

2. Identify, pursue, and secure new business partnerships with schools, educators, and organizations.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.

4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

5. Lead and manage sales teams, providing training, guidance, and support.

6. Organize seminars, workshops, and events to promote RGR Academy.

7. Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and ROI analysis.

8. Develop and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

9. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report to management.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.

3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Familiarity with the education industry (NEET/JEE training preferred).

6. MBA/PGDM or relevant degree.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Desirable:

1. Experience in digital marketing and social media.

2. Event management and organization skills.

3. Public relations and media management.
