Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Assess leads generated from marketing campaigns to identify potential sales opportunities.
Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through various methods, including cold calls and emails, to initiate meaningful communication.
Company Presentation: Effectively represent our SaaS solution to potential prospects, showcasing our products and services.
Needs Assessment: Identify the unique needs and preferences of prospects and recommend suitable products and services to address those needs. Ability to demonstrate product with value proposition.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects, ensuring a strong qualification of leads as sales opportunities.
Business Development: Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market, staying attuned to industry trends and competitor offerings.
Sales Meetings: Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and our Sales Executives to facilitate the sales process.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales results, progress, and key performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with a range of sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
Experience working with any ERP or CRM or Enterprise software.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or any related field.
Completion of relevant coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication is advantageous.
Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
