As a Engineering for Services professional, you will be part of a global technical support organization ensuring: safe, reliable and cost-effective engine operation over the lifecycle. dedicated technical support and rapid response towards solving technical and operational issues during the Engine Overhaul. As part of this Team, you will: lead investigations of technical and operational issues reported by Overhaul Shops, working closely with Designers, Specialists and our Customer Support organisation. You will drive the implementation of appropriate field containment strategies to minimize operational disruption and create engineering documentation to make necessary changes in Technical Manual to address operational issues.
