Key responsibilities:

Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs

Handle all service requests and cross-sell different banking products

Develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals

Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products

Upselling, cross selling, providing regular market information and updates to customers, Act as the single point of contact for customers Banking requirements

Age: 21-35 years

Education: Graduation or Post graduate from a recognized institution

Experience: 1-2 years of experience into BPO / telecom with BFSI experience Outbound

Fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competencies and Specific Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Prior experience in Sales preferred

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Banking products
