Digital Project Coordinator

As a Digital Project Coordinator for Digital Retouching Work, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all retouching work is completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the retouching team, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple retouching projects simultaneously

Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors regarding retouching work

Collaborate with the retouching team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all retouching work

Create and maintain project schedules and timelines

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may impact project timelines

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Ensure that all project files are accurately labeled and stored in the appropriate locations

Manage project budgets and ensure that all work is completed within budget constraints

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes

Any administrative activities mentioned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in digital retouching work

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with retouching software such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus

Salary:
