we are Looking for a Product Management Lead to Oversee the Product Management Efforts, Own the New Product Launch Roadmap and Collaborate On Implementing Product Launch Plans. S/he Will Engage with Users, Internal Stakeholders and Partners to Gain Insights Into Existing Product Usage, Uncover Business Needs, and Discuss Pain Points to Deeply Understand How People Perceive the Product and What Would Unlock Additional Value.
core Responsibilities:
• collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and other Relevant Functions to Manage New Product Launches and Portfolio Through the Company’s Content Syndication Platform.
• closely Work with Product Management to Understand Business Needs to Determine Performance Requirement Consequences in Order to Translate Them in the Best Product Architecture Choices
• leverage Analytical Data to Understand Performance Against Product Kpis, Presenting Key Findings and Adjustments to Plan So as to Meet or Exceed Goals.
qualifications and Experience:
• 5 - 8 Years of Overall Experience in Product Management, Either in a Consulting Company or in a Leading Ecommerce Company.
• strong Understanding of Technical Aspects of Products and in Project Management in a Matrixed, Multifunctional Organization.
• demonstrated Analytics Skills with Comfort in Working in a Wide Variety of Analytics Tools.
• ability to Lead and Facilitate Project Meetings, Team Coordination, Issue Resolution, and Action Item Tracking and in Managing An Effective Reporting System.
• strong Executive Presence and Presentation Skills. Demonstrated Skills in Leadership with Clients/ Customers/ Stakeholders, and in Leading Change in Large, Matrixed Organizations. Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.
• excellent Organizational and Management Skills to Balance Analytical and Execution Demands of the Role.
