Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Google and Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions

and ROI. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTub Ads etc.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads.

3-5 years of experience in creating and managing content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and display advertising.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.

Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
