#Planning, Creating, and Designing Digital Marketing Campaigns that is aligned with the
Business Goals
#Experience of managing 360 degree aspects of Digital Marketing, that includes Social Media Marketing, SEM/Google Adwords, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing
#Should have delivered results especially in Social Media Marketing Channels (Organic and
Paid promotions, both)
#Good working experience in AdWords / PPC campaigns
#Understanding of Google Analytics and able to analyse, report, and pick insights
#Ability to create social posts, social contents, and videos from time to time, as necessary
(preferable but not essential)
#Understand Campaign Goals and choosing the right combination of various digital channels
#Ability to adapt to situations and be ready to take up additional roles in the organisation
#Should have used various tools in Social Media, Google Search, Posters and Video creation,
and good visual ability to develop campaigns with minimal guidance
#Manage client accounts independently, maintain good relationships, with support from
management / team members
#Exposure to Marketing Automation (like email automation) is desired.
Required Candidate profile
- Any degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of digital marketing
- Should have good attitude, high ethical standards and a go-getter
- Good learning ability and implement new ideas, concepts from time to time
- Need to take up ownership, accountability and responsibility of the role and organization requirements
- Decent communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and open-minded
- Good in planning, organizing and scheduling works / tasks
- Aspiration to grow along with the company
- Project management - should handle the customer projects in terms of coordinating with the digital marketing and support team, provide tech related support, troubleshooting any issues that comes up, email support, and responding to queries within expected timelines by
