Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad assets.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, and bid strategies.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.

Knowledge of remarketing, display advertising, and keyword optimization.
