We are a Destination Management company / Travel Agency, located in Central America, in a beautiful and warm country name Panama. We are growing and are looking to take things up a notch by hiring and incorporating a Digital Marketing Specialist to handle our B2C and B2B business presence, development and generate sales.

Our WordPress website is easy to manage and has a 100% SEO score and we generate quite a good daily organic web visitors and our intention is to increasing our online bookings by converting these visitors (B2C) and at the same generate the interests of businesses to hire us and more travel agents to partner with us (B2B) by improving our brand and position us as the preferred Destination Management Company / Travel Agency.

You will be working directly with and reporting to our CEO, we are looking for someone with a sense of commitment and with a proven digital marketing record, preferably in the tourism industry.

We do a 1 month to 3 months trials based on your attitude and skills, compensation is negotiable in USD $ and will be reviewed after 3 months. Payment will be through PayPal.

We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.
