**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for real estate lead generation.

**Qualifications:**

- 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads (real estate experience preferred).

- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media ad platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
