Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SMM, lead generation, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns. Optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing web traffic metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Manage and monitor the performance of PPC campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure budgets are utilized effectively. Oversee social media channels, create engaging content, and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, metrics, and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media management across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of audience targeting, content creation, and conversion rate optimization. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret key metrics and provide actionable insights. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
