We are looking for a young, dynamic, energetic, hard-working guy for the position of Digital Marketing Manager, to manage the organization's online branding activity.
The individual will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Their central goal is to help grow our brand's awareness online, while also increasing brand engagement and influence.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in brand management and digital marketing, has a creative bent, and is an outstanding communicator.
In addition, the ability to effectively interpret large amounts of consumer data to improve experience and quality of campaigns would be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and monitor campaigns, deliverables and budgets in line with the specific brand objectives.
2. Plan and manage our digital assets including the website, our social media platforms, apps and micro-event platforms to improve user experience, content & deliver a comprehensive communication and experience.
3. Identify the latest digital trends and technologies and propose business projects to explore how to best utilize them in improving the quality of our engagement and communication.
4. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
5. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Work with the brand team and agencies to brainstorm new and innovative customer engagement strategies.
6. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
7. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

9. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
