Responsibilities:
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets, measure experiments and conversion tests.
Create content strategy for the business.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Supervise, coordinate and develop a small team
Strong digital design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required. Superior attention to detail.
Qualifications/Skills:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Able to develop budgets
Familiar with financial planning and strategy
Ability to work independently and demonstrates good judgment
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Ability to remain calm under stress.
4-5 years of experience in astrology-based sites or company.
Salary range 8 to 15 lac per annum.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field, Marketing in Healthcare ,MBA a plus but not required.
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in digital marketing.
Preferring candidate from healthcare industry in (US Healthcare Market).
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (., Google Ana
