• Lead the strategy and execution of all online lead generation for both B2B & B2C businesses.
• Manage marketing campaigns for multiple digital media channels like google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram etc
• Define, plan, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including organic search, paid search, display/retargeting, paid social, etc. that results in qualified lead generation/sales conversion.
• Coordinate with the content team on new content ideas; how to distribute and promote content, and how to use existing content differently and more effectively for the opportunity creation.
• Holds direct responsibility for driving traffic, conversion, and ROI for all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, SEO, remarketing, display, email and social media.
• Track and report on performance metrics with real-time data to continually optimize the digital marketing plans.
• Work closely with the team to create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends for varied category brands.
• Continuously track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance and come up with actionable insights.
• Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and prepare performance reports.
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends in the industry, best practices and keep strategies up to date.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
• Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.
