As the Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategies and marketing campaigns. Your creative and strategic mindset will be instrumental in growing our brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving lead generation.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create compelling and relevant content for social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.

Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring of comments/messages.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence.

Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering a positive brand image.

Plan and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, both online and offline.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and marketing.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to create and curate engaging content for different platforms.

Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in [Interior Designing/Home Interiors] is a plus.
