The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, execution, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital platforms.
Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for SEO.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media accounts, creating and curating content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Implement social media advertising campaigns.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management.
