Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote Delta Realty's properties and services, targeting relevant audiences through various online channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels, focusing on lead generation and conversions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and impactful marketing materials, including ad copies, graphics, videos, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices for Delta Realty's marketing efforts.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead nurturing and conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in running successful paid ad campaigns for the real estate industry, with a strong track record of lead generation and conversions.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and strategies to drive organic traffic.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
