Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives, establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
Responsible to drive high-quality user acquisition (predominantly Facebook, Instagram, Google SEM, etc)
Oversees a team of Digital marketing & ORM executives that lead the creation and execution of strategic deliverables.
Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.
Use data and analytics to drive excellence across all acquisition channels; design and develop reports and dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key metrics.
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous communication testing, trying different formats and platforms
Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement.
Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads manager and other analytics platforms
The candidate will be working directly with business teams to develop and execute omni channel campaigns leveraging email and paid strategies.
