Job Requirements:

Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

Education: A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is common, though not always required with significant experience.

Portfolio: A proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).

Desired Skills:

Digital Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

SEO/SEM: Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic.

Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other data analysis platforms to track campaign performance.

Content Marketing: Ability to create and manage content strategies, from blog posts to social media content.

Email Marketing: Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar to design and run email campaigns.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Hands-on experience with running and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms.

Social Media Management: Strong social media skills, including organic and paid content strategies, audience engagement, and brand-building.

Leadership: Experience managing a team, working with cross-functional departments, and leading projects from start to finish.

Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and create unique marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Training & Certifications:

Google Analytics Certification: Useful for measuring and analyzing website traffic and campaign performance.

HubSpot Content Marketing Certification: Covers content strategy, SEO, and inbound marketing.

Facebook Blueprint: For those focusing on Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Google Ads Certification: Knowledge of PPC campaigns and managing Google Ads.
