Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead a high-performing team and establish workflows.

Lead Generation & AI Tools: Design lead magnets and use AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.

Branding & Design: Oversee creation of graphics and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Campaign Management: Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social media. Analyze metrics to refine strategies.

Content & Website Management: Supervise content creation, including videos and graphics. Manage website content for an optimal user experience.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign success.

Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, social media tools, and analytics platforms.

Experience with lead generation, AI-driven marketing, graphic design, and branding.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
