Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This role will focus on lead management, CRM portal integration, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing lead generation campaigns, CRM systems, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management and CRM Integration:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

Manage and optimize CRM portals (., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing.

Analyze lead data and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Campaign Management:

Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns from conception through execution and optimization.

Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure all campaigns meet KPIs.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize team performance and campaign success.
