About the Role
We’re looking for a data‑driven digital marketer who can plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns that attract, engage, and retain our ideal customers. You’ll own performance across paid and organic channels, partner with creative and product teams, and turn insights into growth‑moving action.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design full‑funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, email, and emerging channels.
Write persuasive ad copy, landing‑page briefs, and A/B test hypotheses.
Manage budgets, pacing, and bids to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
2. Content & SEO
Build and execute an editorial calendar aligned with keyword research and buyer‑journey insights.
Collaborate with designers and writers to deliver blog posts, infographics, and video scripts that rank and convert.
Monitor technical SEO health (site speed, schema, crawl errors).
3. Analytics & Optimization
Own the marketing dashboard: GA4, Looker Studio (or similar), CRM, and ad‑platform reporting.
Run weekly performance reviews, spotting trends and recommending optimizations.
Implement conversion tracking, pixel/tag governance, and attribution modeling.
4. Lifecycle & Email Marketing
Segment audiences and develop automated nurture sequences (onboarding, win‑back, upsell).
Personalize messaging through dynamic content and behavior‑based triggers.
5. Collaboration & Project Management
Work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on go‑to‑market launches.
Brief creative assets, manage timelines, and ensure brand consistency.
Present insights and quarterly growth plans to leadership.
