Keen observation skills to study audience engagement with our campaign and their behaviour down the funnel through app/web-events in order to optimise campaigns to build a meaningful acquisition effort, sustaining healthy retention and re-engagement metrics.

Establish a holistic content strategy that is in sync with the brand’s philosophy and objectives across social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin.

Work with the Board. Understand and drive key metrics to measure performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Comfortable in working with tools like Adwords, FB Business Manager, Excel, Mixpanel, etc.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Having an experience in Ecommerce marketing, moment marketing and offline campaigning
