Job Location: We are hiring for multiple locations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support the creation/operations of campaign assets, documentation, and quality control to ensure all products are execution-ready
Liaise with business teams to provide operational support and communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets and deliverables
Track, monitor, and analyze the key metrics for assessing a campaign's performance
Prepare reports from a large pool of data, analyze client accounts to maximize Revenue
Optimize the performance of campaigns continuously to drive a higher Return on Investment
Use insights and customer intelligence to improve the campaign performance
Be on top of conducting competitive industry research periodically and identify opportunities to improve product efficiency and drive business growth by gathering customer insights & intelligence.
Skills and Requirements:
Freshers, or 2020, 2021, 2022 graduates
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a process-driven mindset
Excellent work ethic, problem-solving and proficient time management skills
Ability to stick to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical abilities
Passionate for learning and working effectively both autonomously and within a team environment
Clear communicator- providing clear correspondence and ensuring expectations and details are understood by all
Ability to leverage your logical and reasoning skills to identify issues, best solutions, and approaches to a problem
Must have good oral & written communication skills
Must Possess Excellent analytical skills

Avid internet user, with a strong inclination towards technology
Comfortable working at 2 pm - 11 pm IST working window
