Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
Create, manage and Automate digital marketing campaigns on buffer/Hootsuite (or any other tools).
Create and manage content calendar for Hiringhood brand accounts.
Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
Social Media Marketing: Create and manage Groups/Pages and Content across various social media platforms, engage with the audience, increase the followers and grow our social media presence.
SMM (Social Media Management): Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing: Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation and segmentation, to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Must-Have Skills
Only candidates who have completed their graduation will be considered. Individuals currently pursuing their degrees are ineligible for this position.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Knowledge of Building digital creatives in various formats like Banners, Videos, slideshows, GIFs, Animations, market flyers, promos & ads for posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or any other tools.
Excellent presentation, communication, visualization, and articulation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, technology, or any relate
