We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and a passion for driving measurable results. You will be working closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization- s website and social media channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and evaluating emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords- campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
