Initially for 17 Days You have to Undergo a Training (2 Days Crt & 15 Days Ojt) in that You have to Qualify the Given Target to Attain a Permanent Position as Bda.

after Completion of the Training and Target You Will Receive a New Offer Letter as Permanent Bda .
