Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Desired Skills Required:
Demonstrable experience setting up and optimizing paid search & display campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.); planning & supervising organic campaigns (SEO) and email marketing
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (., Google Analytics)
Experience with A/B experiments
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (LeadSquared, HubSpot) and lead nurturing
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Ability to quickly learn new technology platform
Advanced Excel and analytical skills required (a pivot table MASTER)
Self-starter, ambitious, creative, and a team player
Work experience at a start-up will carry strong preference
Exposure to marketing automation tools would be a plus
