ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run ad campaigns through Facebook ads manager, driving various ad goals with regard to our website
• Track the customer behavior through Facebook pixel & Google analytics
• Run ad through google & drive sales to our website
• Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, including but not limited to the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and sales support.
• Plan offline & online marketing campaigns, advertisements & promotional activities.
• Create customer-centric content for emails, SMS, social media posts and reels.
• Collaborate with sales & product team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.
• Strategize to grow on social media, through paid ads and lead generation.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• Executing SEO, SEM, PPC once website is ready
• Coordinate & prepare content for social media marketing, direct email campaigns, Content creation & propagation through channels like WordPress blog, YouTube etc.
• Improve social media presence of the company
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 3+ years’ of hands on experience in the above roles.
• Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation Ability
• Understanding of Facebook Ads manager and google analytics
