ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Run ad campaigns through Facebook ads manager, driving various ad goals with regard to our website

Track the customer behavior through Facebook pixel & Google analytics

Run ad through google & drive sales to our website

Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, including but not limited to the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and sales support.

Plan offline & online marketing campaigns, advertisements & promotional activities.

Create customer-centric content for emails, SMS, social media posts and reels.

Collaborate with sales & product team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.

Strategize to grow on social media, through paid ads and lead generation.

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Executing SEO, SEM, PPC once website is ready

Coordinate & prepare content for social media marketing, direct email campaigns, Content creation & propagation through channels like WordPress blog, YouTube etc.

Improve social media presence of the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS

3+ years of hands on experience in the above roles.

Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions

Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.

Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation Ability

Understanding of Facebook Ads manager and google analytics
