• Drive sales through targeted customer base, inbound leads, and referred business
• Identify potential prospects and initiate the sales process for converting the prospect into the client
• Assist in growing business from existing / maintaining relationships, existing clients or past prospects
• Qualify and close prospective clients that fit our company focus
• Devise and execute sales / digital strategies to win target clients
• Accurately recording information, details of correspondence and sales activities in our CRM system
• Manage all aspects of building and maintaining client relationship/sales pipeline/funnel
• Serve as the Clients' advocate within our organization to ensure our commitments are delivered on time and are in line with expectations
• Collaborate with internal to manage all phases of client engagement including account planning, organic and local SEO, paid media, website development, and other digital marketing strategies.
• Develop, present & discuss client’s digital strategy / campaigns ideas / digital campaign performance updates
• Meet & exceed weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue quotas, sales goals, KPI’s and performance activity
• Represent the company at industry conferences
• Other sales/account management duties as assigned
