Role
We’re looking for an Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up an online campaign, including but not limited to uploading creative content, conducting quality checks, and reviewing and approving advertisers’ creative materials. You’ll coordinate with various teams like creative, account and campaign managers, reporting, OMS, and finance for campaign setup and management.
Responsibilities
• Verify and approve the creative advertising material the clients/advertisers provide.
• Upload the creative material on the ad server, so the content can be published on the websites.
• Traffic ads on the network websites and partner networks.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning creative material with the help of our in-house creative team or through the account management team.
• Screen the ad-based content on the allowed creative specs.
• Directly communicate with different teams like account management, ad delivery, and campaign management in regard to campaign performance.
• Provide screenshots to the clients once the campaign is launched.
• Actively participate in team meetings and use an innovative approach to take care of team issues.
Qualifications
• Professional degree, preferably MBA/MTech.
• Basic understanding of the online advertising industry.
• Fair knowledge of VDX tv's technology.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to listen in conversations with stakeholders
• Strong work ethic, hunger to learn, and drive to constantly improve

• Self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team where members are accountable to each other
