Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Driving the sales performance of the Ecommerce platform
Managing and executing promotional campaigns for sales
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly / monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offering code performance
Key Requirements:
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
