Job Description
Develop, manage & Implement marketing Strategy for Carzspa brand franchise owners.
Create new sign ups franchise social media pages and manage social media activities as per company policy
Co-ordinate and manage new franchise pre-launch and launch activities like (reels, launch video etc) social media activities as per company policy and pre-defined calendar
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brand and drive qualified traffic.
Act as a liaison between franchisee owner, marketing agency & internal team for smooth functioning of franchisee online/offline marketing activities including creative making, social media activity co-ordination, google ads etc.
Train & develop franchise owners on digital marketing activities and tactics.
Timely develop and promote products packages and offers
Research and co-ordinate with franchise owners for offline/online branding campaigns and strategic tie ups from ideation to execution
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyse consumer behaviour and suggest campaigns accordingly
Offline marketing event evaluation, planning & execution
Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Hire and train others in the team
Provide constructive feedback
Prepare and share reports periodically or whenever necessary
