Job Description:

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for driving growth through innovative strategies? GrowthAcad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our courses and expand our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.

- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.

2. Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns.

- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.

3. SEO and SEM:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings.

- Monitor and report on website traffic and search engine performance.

- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for campaign optimization.
