We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and

managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or

services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital

space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:

o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing

database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

o Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Content Creation and Optimization:

o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns,

and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance

based on the insights.

o Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer

experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

o Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize

user experience.

o Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

o Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and

perspective for adoption where appropriate.

o Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
